Absolutely Nothing

"All the world's a stage/And all the men and women merely players/They have their exits and their entrances/And one man in his time plays many parts/His acts being seven ages."
Jacqus in As You Like It by Shakespeare

What I’m Doing

Nothing. I should be doing something, I will be be doing something next month. But my professors are doing lots of things this month. This one is bravely trying to save a noble institution. This one just got married and is fundraising for many awesome things. You should defiantly support their endeavors if you have spare money or time.

Preparing for the renovations of our Darkroom back on Campus. There’s going to be paint, mad experiments, and a hammock. Also art, as always.

My glasses are broken right now, so I  wear my prescription sunglasses everywhere. It’s dreadfully awkward, people stare a lot when you’re wearing black-out sunglasses in a dark restaurant. Babies are fascinated by me when I wear them. The replacement glasses have been “about to arrive any day now” for the past two weeks.

I just got some lovely metal stencils that I am looking forward to using once I get back into the studio, which should happen mid August. I got some new boxes (and the stuff shipped in them, which is unimportant) that'll hopefully be the "canvas" for some full sized pieces. I've also started sketching a new postcard that will be my first use of color photography and text art combined. It will have a sunset.
